The organizers aim to shed light on pivotal insights, fortify strategic thinking, and kindle inspiration across the spectrum of career phases for women in neuroscience, neurology and psychiatry. This session aims not only to address the current issues faced by female researchers
but also to pave the way for a more inclusive and equitable scientific community. By bringing together voices of experience and wisdom, we hope to inspire and empower the next generation of women in neuroscience, especially in the field of neuropsychopharmacology.
