She is involved in studies on cognitive and perceptual deficits in schizophrenia. Delusions and hallucinations are among the most distressing aspects of psychotic illness for which better treatments are needed. This webinar covered research aimed at advancing understanding of specific brain mechanisms related to distinct symptom profiles so that more effective and personalized treatment interventions for these devastating symptoms might be developed.
